Spirit lifter

            I guess it is all in how you interpret the spoken word. The two little boys were discussing how many wives a man can have. There conclusion was he could have up to sixteen. . Father said, “Where in the world did you hear that number.”  His 8 year old son replied. “At Aunt Emily’s wedding. The preacher

said, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer. This totals sixteen.”   

MY TLC LOVE OFFERING

            During 2012 we are encouraging every family that receives from the TLC to donate a minimum of $1.00 per month. Thanks to those who have already started to do so.  God bless you. No one can give all that is needed, but every family can give something. Some are giving much more than the $1.00 per month. Each family is encouraged to give as the Lord directs them to do so. Paul writes to the church at Corinth and says, “I think you should finish what you have started. If you give according to what you have, you will prove that you are as eager to give as you were to think about giving. 12) It doesn’t matter how much you have. What matters is how much you are willing to give from what you have.” (II Corinthians 8:11,12)

What is the schedule of the TLC?

The following is a listing of some of our many activities as of November 2011.

Mondays – Opens at 9:00 AM. Cleaning, planning, and preparing for the week.

Tuesdays –8:30 AM to 1:00 PM FREE Medical Clinic and FREE Pharmacy

11:00 AM to 3:00 PM – The FREE Clothing Room is open

4:00 PM – Worship Service   4:30 PM - Meal is served and FREE groceries distributed

Second and Fourth Tuesdays – FREE Chiropractic Clinic – Noon to 1:30 PM

First and Third Tuesdays – FREE Physical Therapy Clinic 8:30 am TO 1:00 pm

Wednesdays – 5:45 PM – Bible Study    6:20 PM - Meal is served  7:00 PM - Healing Service with the distribution of FREE Groceries after the service.

Thursdays – 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM - FREE Medical Clinic and FREE Pharmacy

11:00 AM to 3:00 PM – The FREE Clothing Room is open.

Noon – Fourth Thursday – Worship Service

12:30 PM   - The Fourth Thursday of each month we give away a semi-trailer full of FREE groceries.

Fridays – Cooking and preparing for Sunday.

Saturdays – Picking up produce given us by area stores.

Sundays – 10:30 AM – Worship Service - Following the service is the

FREE meal and distribution of FREE groceries.         

THEME FOR 2012 – “WINNING With God”

Scripture text for 2012 – “What can we say about all this? If God is on our side, can anyone be against us?” (Romans 8:31)

Last Saturday was a blessed day of teaching and retreating with the Lord.  As we continue to teach how to pray more effectively, we invite you to take a journey  with God.  A 30 day Prayer Pilgrimage will begin Saturday, Feb. 4.  10:00 AM – 12:00 PM  There will be 5 meetings on the consecutive Saturday morning,  Feb. 4, Feb. 11, Feb. 18, Feb. 25,and  March 3.  Call Pastor Sue Bryan at 330 455 3663 or for more information go to www.prayerandhealing.weebly.com
