Father, I am practically broke. I can see no way to meet my financial needs. I am suffering and so is my family. The rent is due, other bills go unpaid, and I am going further into the red every month, week, yea, every day. I have lost my job and my fear is that I will never be able to make the amount of money I have made in the past. I know from talking with friends and reading in the paper, listening to the radio, and watching TV, that my plight is not unique. There are so many who are in such great need. This scares me, Father, and stifles my faith. And, Father, added to my financial woes are the great needs in so many parts of the world. Millions are absolutely destitute. What am I to do , but look unto You? Thus, Father, I come and humbly ask that You teach me from Your Word. 

Thank You, Father, for teaching me to pray Your Word concerning my needs. It is upon You I rely as revealed through Your Word.

Prayer 1
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. (Matthew 6:31-33)

Father, thank You for helping me see I do not have to worry about tomorrow. This worry saps my strength and diverts my energies to the negative and away from the positive. Father, I don't ever want to be unbelieving. I want You to know that I trust You. I shall seek You first above everything else. I desire to put Your Kingdom first in my life, Father. Thank You that in the midst of my distress I can still center my thoughts upon Your kingdom. I praise You, Father, for Your promise that You care for ALL my needs. You are not just interested in 10, 35, 82, or 99% of my life and my needs. You are desirous of meeting all of them. When I place my trust in You and keep my heart focused upon You then I am assured that all my needs shall be supplied. I thank You.

Father, help me to get my eyes off of my own resources and to look unto Yours. You have riches in glory which have gone untapped as far as my life is concerned. I cannot physically touch or see them at this time, but I know they are there. Thank You, Father, for releasing from Your great storehouse everything necessary for me and for others. I believe You are doing this. Praise Your Name forever.

Prayer 3
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. (Joshua 1:8)

I must spend more time than ever meditating upon Your Word, O Lord. I will not permit fear to possess me, for I believe my way shall be prosperous and that I will have good success. Satan has been the one who led me to succumb to the belief that I cannot make it financially. I rebuke him now and bind him and all of his hideous power. I do this in the Name of Jesus.

Prayer 4
For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of Spirit.
(Ecclesiastes 2:26)

Father, I am going to go further and claim from Satan that which he has stolen from me and from others. I believe You take spoils from the wicked and give to those who trust in You. Many of the wicked feel they have plenty stored up for their future. Father, their future is in Your hands also. I believe they shall be brought to destruction. Trusting in riches is vanity and makes for a frustrated and troubled spirit.

Prayer 5
And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God. Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.  Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep. Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store. Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out. The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.  The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. (Deuteronomy 28:2-8)

Father, I have put my trust in You. I don't care what outward circumstances may convey, I am believing You are blessing and will continue to bless me abundantly. I am willing to hear and to heed Your voice, my Lord. Your still small voice shouts the message that I am to trust You completely and to turn to You in every way, every day. Thank You, Father, for Your blessings which are mine wherever I may be. Thank You that all of my efforts shall be blessed of You. Thank You that my income is going to increase, my checkbook balance grow, yes, even my savings account as well. Father, thank You that my enemy , poverty, is defeated. He cannot prevail. You are mightier than all the poverty in the world. You desire to bless and I believe You are blessing. I stand firm upon Your Word this very minute. You are directing me , Father, and I have set my hand to do Your will. Thank You for blessing my efforts beyond human comprehension. Truly my efforts are divinely led and blessed.

Prayer 6
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. (Luke 6:38)

Father, I thank You for Your spiritual laws. I begin today to practice them afresh. I give of myself and what I possess as never before. I can not understand everything about Your law that in giving I receive, but I believe it exists and that it is immutable. I do reap what I sow. I freely give unto others, Father. I know this is not simply playing a spiritual slot machine or an instant spiritual lotto. Father, it is a law of Your universe. I plant seed in the fertile soil of the needs of others, Father. I believe from this seed there will come forth a great harvest. Thank You for helping me to give in abundance and to be blessed of You abundantly. Thank You for helping me rebuke the thoughts Satan tries to put in my mind concerning giving. Father, You know how he tries to frighten me into believing there is no way I can make it financially. Thank You for helping me believe Your Word and to reject his lies. Father, I don't know from whence all of Your blessings will come, but thank You for those through whom they will be sent.

Prayer 7
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.  And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.  And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the Lord of hosts. 
(Malachi 3:10-12)

I honor You with my tithes and offerings. Forgive me , Father, for the many years I thought I could not possibly tithe and still exist. How foolish I have been. You so plainly gave me Your Word, but I substituted my reason for Your revelation. I repent of my error and look to You as my Source for wisdom, guidance, and blessing. Father, I stand by the open windows of heaven to catch Your blessings. The assurance of Your blessings buoy my spirit and releases Your power in and through me. Praise Your Name forever. Thank You, Father, for giving me the courage and knowledge to rebuke the devourer. I have suffered enough. I have lost enough. The fruits of my labors are no longer going to the evil one for they are mine. They are mine because You have so ordained that those Who put their trust in You shall be blessed. I rejoice when I realize my blessings will be used to reach out and bless many others. Father, as I give to spread the Good News there will be people in many nations blessed. You have revealed the way to my prosperity and the prosperity of the whole world. Thank You for enabling me to truly believe this.

Prayer 8
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. (Psalm 23:1)

I rest upon Your promise that I need not want. You are my Shepherd. You truly lead me in the right paths and beside the cool waters of abundance. Father, I move forward not because of greed, but because of Your grace. You are indeed my Shepherd. I do not fear my financial situation or any other thing or person. Thank you , Father, for the confidence You have placed deep within my heart. It is a comfort to me to know You do care. You have not left me comfortless nor do You want me penniless. I trust You. Thank You, Father. My needs are met. In Jesus Name. Amen.
